Not sure if anyone from class will be checking the blog this weekend as you prepare for the exam, but I thought I'd give you some tips here...
Make sure you go through the Physics test. We didn't have time to take it up, but you can look up anything you got wrong. The physics questions on the exam are very similar to the unit test questions. See me at lunch on Monday if you need help with it.
Remember to review the Belgrave Creek Study (your analysis of the results), the Ecology Issues Test, any labs that we performed in chemistry, and all your chemistry quizes and tests.
Good luck with your studying...remember you can relax after the exams :)

I didn't update the blog during the last week of school before the break, but I will try to update more often as we go through these last couple of weeks of semester 1. There may be times when you need information at home when preparing for your exam. So, please check here often until your exam. Sometimes, I even give exam hints on here.....

So, another snow day! I hope you had a really productive class yesterday working on your chemical reactions that changed the world project.
You WILL need to continue to work on your project from home today and this weekend. I had booked the computer lab for today so that you could continue to work on it. You should contact your partner and discuss a plan for progressing far in your work on this project. There won't be much time to work on it next week before it is due on Thursday.
Have a great long weekend!

When you work on researching your chemistry topic, try a search on Ebsco Host. The link to it is on the CHSS website (left side of page). To login the username is chss and the password is ebsco. There are lots of great publications that you can link to from here. Try to find listings that say "Full Text". These will give you the full text article rather than just the abstract, which is a summary.
